but it is dangerous for the executive to interfere

with the judiciary in a case in which there seems to

be no real doubt as to the correctness of the verdict.

I think it would have been a great deal better had

the case never been brought. The case having been

brought, I feel that the law should take its course,

and with that view I gather that the Board of Trade

agrees.
